    1. Eligibility for Returns

    • The item must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date.
    • The item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging.
    • Certain items, such as custom-made products or perishable goods, are non-returnable and are clearly marked at the time of purchase.

    2. How to Return an Item

    To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

    1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team via email at info@bulgariprecision.com or by phone at (651) 433-3729 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You will need to provide your order number and the reason for the return.

    2. Prepare the Item: Carefully package the item(s) to ensure they are not damaged during the return shipping process. The item should be in its original, unused condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact.

    3. Return Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure your return reaches us safely.

    3. Refund Process

    Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

    Please note that the following conditions may apply to your refund:

    • Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
    • Restocking Fees: A restocking fee may apply to certain items (such as electronics or machinery). This will be disclosed at the time of purchase.

    4. Exchanges

    If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please follow the same return process outlined above. Once the return is processed and the refund issued, you can place a new order for the desired item.

    5. Defective or Damaged Items

    If the item you received is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item at no cost to you, and we will either issue a full refund or send you a replacement item.
